Founded in 1981 by Kevin Thatcher, Eric Swenson and Fausto Vitello, and published out of San Francisco, Thrasher was the first magazine to capture and broadcast what it really meant to be a skateboarder. For a long time owning a Thrasher T-shirt or snapback was a rite of passage for skate nerds. With time, the brand’s legend has grown, and its power as a symbol and reflection of skate culture has strengthened.

Recent collaborations with Supreme and Parra have added modern kudos, and now celebrities are rocking the tees, Thrasher is building on its place in skateboarding lore.
