Cyclists ‘Deserve To Die’ – This Jackass Didn’t Realise He Was Being Filmed, But Now His Crazy Claims Are Going Viral

And the woman filming's reaction is brilliant

If you cycle for long enough in a city you’ll be more than used having a load of expletives thrown your way as you ride about your day. What’s less common is random members of the public seeking you out for abuse as you wheel your bike on the pavement.

Yet that’s exactly what happened to this YouTube user in South Kensington last week, as the video above shows.

The seemingly ordinary suit turns to the woman pushing her bike and, a propos absolutely nothing, says:

“Do you want to hear a good joke? What’s the connection between cyclists and Freddie Mercury from Queen?”

“Go on…” the cyclist responds reluctantly.

“Another one bites the dust.” He lays down the tasteless gag with a kind of odd, perky grin that would might you think he was drunk if it wasn’t morning commuter time.

Our hero stays classy and calm, replying: “I’m not going to laugh at that.”

The suit then drags out the old cliche about cyclists not paying road tax, which is wrong, as road tax doesn’t exist as the I Pay Road Tax site explains.

He then says: “Cyclists are their own worst enemy” before moving onto his stand-out insult and they “deserve to die cos they’re incompetent.”

What a charmer. He finishes up by having this to say about the cycling-loving Mayor of London.

“Boris Johnson needs to be put up against the wall and shot in the f**king head.”

And then walks off looking thoroughly pleased with himself, presumably with no idea he’d been GoPro’ed throughout. Leaving the cyclist filmer to pick up her jaw from the floor.
