The great thing about a new year is that it gives you the opportunity to re-evaluate and set goals for the year ahead. Now we hear you when you say that most of your resolutions are broken within the first couple of weeks. Don’t worry everyone is the same.
But I am willing to bet that getting fit and doing something a little out of your comfort zone is on your list somewhere. We have good news for you, achieving this goal is actually a lot easier than you think. So pop this goal to the top of your list and get out there and get active in 2014.
And if you need a little bit of extra motivation then why not round up a group of mates and enter one of these quirky events. You don’t need to be super fit although a little bit of pre-event training won’t go astray. You will also tick that ‘do something different’ box while you’re at it. Once you do your first event there’ll be no turning back, we bet you’ll be totally addicted.
