How Do You Get A Bike To Go Faster Than A Ferrari? You Add On Three Rocket Engines Of Course…

Watch French daredevil Francois Gissy ride at over 300kph on this record-breaking speed bike

What’s better than having a peaceful ride through the city on your bike? Well, riding it at over 300km/h and absolutely smoking past a Ferrari on the way. Obviously.

That’s just what Francois Gissy did at the weekend, and as you can see from the video above, the French daredevil is absolutely insane. You would have to be if you’re going to ride a bicycle with three rocket engines attached to the back.

Not only did Francois break the bicycle world record by riding at 207mph and covering a quarter mile in less than seven seconds, he also embarrassed a Ferrari F430 while he was at it.

You certainly wouldn’t be late for work too often if you were packing that kind of power, although we imagine it does require a large set of stones to even give it a try…
