Samsung Galaxy ASP Women’s World Tour Preview Guide

A guide to all 11 events in the women's ASP World Tour calendar

Finishing the tour in Hawaii again is massive for the Women’s world tour. For years instead of finishing with the men at Pipeline the women came to the perfect right handers of Honulua Bay, and this year they make a welcome return.

The wave is one of Hawaii’s best, surfable from three to thirty feet (if you want to), it is the ideal venue to  decide a world champion.

Who to Watch?

Hawaiians Carissa Moore and Coco Ho are big favourites in the heavy right hander, they have a wealth of experience and are fearless. But if a world title is on the line then Fitzgibbon, Gilmore and Wright are all more than capable of taking down the heavy right hander. If the swell is small it just throws it even wider open.

Hawaii is GMT +10, it’s a late night to watch Pipe bt worth it. The event runs typically over the best three days of the holding period.
