Boring Day So Far? Here’s Cam Zink Gearing Up For An 100ft Backflip…

Check Cam Zink getting ready to attempt the longest dirt to dirt backflip ever recorded!

In less than 7 days, American mountain biker Cam Zink will attempt to go where no man has before by stomping the longest dirt to dirt backflip ever recorded.

In what is being billed as the ‘#MammothFlip’, Zink will be looking to launch a 100ft backflip from a 15ft dirt ramp to a 25ft high landing, beating his own unofficial record in the process.

The rider is no stranger to danger having landed a 78ft backflip step down last year.

You can see the rider preparing for the task ahead in the video above, getting some huge air and flying a huge distance in prep for the big day on 21 August.

The rider is certainly no stranger to danger, having landed a 78ft backflip step down in Utah last year – the biggest ever landed in the history of mountain biking.

His latest effort to land himself in the record books is in conjunction with ESPN and Monster Energy, and one way or another, it’ll no doubt be a day to remember.
