'Style matters, rest in paradise Jay Adams'

Tributes to Jay Adams poured in over the weekend after the news of the former Z Boy’s death broke late last week.

The New York Times credited Adams, who reportedly died following a heart attack, as being integral in skateboarding transforming from  “a childish pastime into a raw and dangerous activity that is as much a lifestyle as it is a sport.”.

People from across the action sports world used social media to pay their respects over the weekend.
