Eero Ettala can do it all. At ease nailing rails in his native Finland, destroying powder in the Far East or stomping the first ever double rodeo 1080, Ettala is a rider for all conditions and locations. Unfazed by anything the mountain can throw at him, Eero is one of the best in the world. Ettala has a habit of annihilating the competition at Big Air competitions around the globe. He has numerous Air & Style, Freestyle.ch, X Games Aspen and Toyota Big Air titles to his name. He first arrived on the scene when, aged 15, he squared up against Terje's mega quarter-pipe at the Arctic Challenge. Young Eero came off worse in that encounter with a huge concussion and covered in bruises. Luckily for snowboarding he got off and didn't look back. He has racked up numerous film parts over the years and worked with Mark Dawg Productions until it ceased to exist. Since then he's turned out amongst his fellow Euro boarders in films such as Pony Tale and EuroGap 3 and well as developing his own series with Oakley. Born in Helsinki in 1984, Ettala is now the ripe old age of 29. He shows no signs of slowing down however and there still seems to be plenty to come from the flying Finn.
