JP Walker is most famous for being featured in Snowboarder Magazine’s Top 10 Riders an incredible six times. He constantly performs ridiculously dangerous tricks, which hardly anyone else could pull off and this as expected to earn him lots of attention and awards.
JP was the recipient of the Method’s Magazine’s ‘Eternal Radness Award’ and the Onboard Magazine’s ‘Jibber of All Time’ Award. He was listed as one of Snowboarder’s Top 20 Most Influential Riders, dubbed Best Freestyle Rider, Best Video Role and Jibber of the Year for 3 consecutive years. In February 2010, he was a guest editor of Snowboard Magazine and feature as Rider of the Year in the publication in that same year.
Walker was born on October 16, 1976 in Salt Lake City, Utah. He grew up with the dream of being a professional snowboarder and graced the professional scenes with his skill first in 1997. Since then, he has continued to snowboard for the people.
