Maxence Parrot

Canadian snowboarder, Maxence Parrot, is most famous for winning the O’Neill Evolution in January of this year, hosted in Davos, Switzerland. His winning run included a backside 1440 triple cork that will be on the judges’ minds until next year. What is even more amazing is that the 19-year-old got it right on his very first attempt, scoring an amazing 96.50 and sending him home with a whopping $15,000. He also placed within the top 5 in a variety of snowboarding competitions this year using the very same trick. He won a 5-star Whistler Shred Show competition and placed 5th in a 5-star Slopestyle competition back in April 2013. Parrot shows no signs of backing down, with only bright things ahead in his future on icy lands as he continues to grow in the sport. Born in Quebec, he is most at home when performing icy landings and possesses a goofy ability that allows him to stomp tricks when the time comes. Parrot was always on the go, traveling to different countries since he starting competing professionally, back in 2011, creating budding relationships with people all over the world as he lives his dream. He has an ideal style, which utilises the adrenaline rush out on the ice, performing stunts like you have never seen before. Parrot is determined to continue pushing it to the limit as he will stop at nothing to achieve his dreams.
