29-year-old Todd Potter is a member of the Metal Mulisha crew, and he brings a fresh attitude to the major contests. After learning the backflip, he won a bronze medal at the X-Games, and has also won 'Best Trick’ at the X Games for a spectacular ‘Kiss Of Death’ flip. He achieved his first victory on the X Fighters tour in 2012, when he roared to first place in the Glen Helen event, and went on to finish sixth overall. This year he finished 11th on the tour after a series of solid performances, including a seventh place finish in Mexico City. Other career highlights include ‘Best Whip’ at the X Games in 2010, a bronze medal for best trick at the ESPN Moto X Championships in 2008, and a runners-up spot at the Salt Lake City round of the Dew Tour in 2008. Todd was born in Corona, California and still lives in nearby Temecula. After first riding at the age of five, he turned pro at 17, riding a PW50. But he hasn’t forgotten his roots, and still loves to go freeriding in southern California with his friends. He is known as a down-to-earth rider with incredible bike skills, constantly working on improving the technical aspects of his performances. FMX legend Travis Pastrana believes that Todd is one of the best technical riders he has ever seen - while Todd’s tricks might not necessarily score as high as others, they speak volumes for his bike control.
