About Koji Kraft
Koji Kraft was born September 23, 1982. His hometown is Addison, Illinois. He began riding the BMX circuit in 1995 and went pro in 1998. He is known for his riding intensity and high jumps. He is seemingly fearless when he is riding his bike. There are very few athletes who compete in multiple disciplines in BMX. Koji is one of those rare bikers competing in street, vert and dirt competitions.
Koji Kraft has several sponsors: Hitman Bikes, Oakley, Prorider.tv and Kali Protectives. Other sponsors include Over the Limit Clothing, Tree Bicycle Co and Fly Bikes. It's not hard to see why sponsors come easy for Kraft; just one look at his accomplishments is explanation enough.
In 2009 he was a quarterfinalist in the ASA Big Air BMX Triples and a semifinalist in the ASA Action Sports World Tour. He placed second in BMX Worlds (Germany) and ASA Action Sports World Tour (Chicago). He placed in multiple competitions every year from 2003 to the present.
His favorite quote is, "It's better to be hated for who you are than loved for who you are not."
