Ryan Nyquist bounced into this world on March 6, 1979, in Los Gatos, California. He has been bouncing ever since as a BMX medal winner in dirt jumping and bike park events. Since entering his first competition at 16, Ryan Nyquist has become eminent and well liked by his colleagues, friends and fans.

He has had numerous write ups in trade and sports magazines, as well as movies and TV appearances. From 1997-2008 Ryan Nyquist has racked up the medals as a versatile BMX professional in the world of BMX sports. Supported by sponsors such as Haro Bikes, Thor, Rockstar Energy Drinks, OGIO, Schick Quattro, and Jeffery Mart of Los Gatos, Ryan Nyquist has climbed to the top of his profession as a man of many talents both on and off the bike. He gives support to the community by being involved in various charities and the Make-A-Wish Foundation for kids. He now resides in Greenville, NC with his wife and child.
