started off the year wreckin my back jumpin out a window on my bike to many times. so i sold it, thinkin i wasnt guna be able to ride for a while. after lots of physio and stretchin, i was loose enough to ride again.so bought a new bike. but my camera broke, so by time i got the camera fixed, my gp said i was due a operation, so had 2 wkends to gather as much clips as possible, due to the fact i wasnt guna be able to ride for 6weeks after. i had to take it easy, based on the fact i am still stiff... but heres the clips i gathered,and friends clips i got along the way.... enjoy!!! filmed by stu nolan and friends edited by sam baskett

I have wanted to make a new short film for a long time but I didn't have the time or the actors in which to do so. After much thought I decided to incorporate my hobby for BMXing and a narrative with some metaphors, symbolism's and some artistic qualities. This resulted in this short film about a young man and his dreams.

I was experimenting with my new camera so I filmed my friends riding the local skatepark. I filmed using 50fps so that I could slow down the video to keep a smoother film. However, it is still a bit jumpy in places but I could sort this out with twixtor if I had it. Song:Mr Sunday-Fresh Body Shop

I enjoyed taking photographs from behind this wall because it simply gave me a nice depth of field and allowed me to have part of the frame extremely out of focus and the trick in perfect focus.
