The UKSA Championships
Expected to be held at adrenaline alley skatepark in Corby for the third year running, this event has quickly become the highlight of the uk skate calendar. Featuring street and vert contests, and having a very respectable prize purse (£10,000) the event pulls in the best skaters from all around the U.K., and is the closest the u.k. skate scene has had to the legendary radlands contests for years.
A notable highlight from last year was Sam Beckett being the first Englishman to land a 720 in a contest run, which when added to the rest of his insanity, bagged him the top spot. The street comp went off as well, with Ross McGouran skating like an- all terrain machine.
The event was a massive success with a huge turnout for both days, thanks to insane skateboarding and equally insane partying, and we’re looking forward to seeing you again this year.
