ISPO Photo Reel: New 2012 / 2013 Snowboard Products from Forum, Capita, Union & More | News and Views

Every year the action sports industry travel from far and wide to Munich for the defining tradeshow in the European calendar. ISPO is all about brands presenting the latest fruits of their labour, which will ripen over the spring/summer ready to drop in the autumn when the 2012/2013 snowboard season rolls around. ISPO also represents an opportunity to pick the brains of some of the minds behind the brands, chat with pro riders and  attend some pretty mental parties.

Over the three days that we were at ISPO we managed to log a whole load of gear-focused content for your viewing pleasure. Over the coming days, weeks and months we will be previewing some of this new gear and giving you the lowdown on what the brands had to say about next season’s key snowboard products.

To kick things off, here are some snaps of a selection of new gear from Now, Dragon, Forum, Salomon, K2, Capita, Union and Coal to name a few. Have a scroll through and feast your eyes on some of the hot new product for next season.

A closer look at the innovative 'Kingpin' and raiser pads on the new NOW bindings.

Note how the highback sits flush with the heelcup allowing you to remove it if you choose without needing to readjust the binding position.

Brad from Coal shows us the new Stanwood beanie.

Women's bindings from Union including the all new Rosa.

The Union forces are looking as bright and solid as ever.

Close up of the Forces.

Patrick from K2 explaining how the new Airblaster Collab Happy Hour looks and rides amazing.

Ride went with a burlesque theme for their display and put on hourly 'shows' for the crowds.

The new Contract board from Forum.

Forum have gone back to the sharp, pointy implements theme last seen on the 2010/2011 Holy Moly and reintroduced camber for the new Holy Moly II.

Cutesy with a typical Forum twist (look a little closer at the graphics): the new Spinster.

A few more of the new women's decks from Forum plus a couple of the kids boards.

The new Forum Destroyer sticks with dark themes and features 'murder scene' inspired graphics.

The new Switchback bindings were looking really sick. Nice colourways and incredibly easy to customise.

A closer look at the clean highback design and interchangeable components.

Patrick from Salomon shows us the bases for the new Salomonder.

The all new M1 Magnetic (did someone nick one?) and Realm goggles from Anon.

The Hoppipolla beanie collection.

One of our favourite graphics was the banana inspired Bataleon Fun Kink which pokes fun at another rather popular snowboard!

A few more of the new decks from Bataleon including the glow in the dark Evil Twin.

Some of next season's Electric EG2's.

Vans are making socks next season, awesome!

The new Capita Scope snowboard. Love the retro vibe on this one.

The new Charlie Slasher from Capita as well as the brand new Defenders of Awesome model.

Nice colour palettes on the new Capita Saturnia.

One of Capita's most popular boards, the Horrorscope has graphic novel styled artwork and looks amazing in the flesh.

The Capita Stairmaster with nice clean pop colours.

We were really impressed with the whole new collection from Capita.

Seeing as we were in Deutschland this colourway for the D1XT is definitely fitting!

The 2012/2013 APX's are looking as clean as ever and are available in a tonne of colourways.

The APX, all new smaller APXs and Rogue goggles.

A selection of next season's Volkl snowboards.
