About Ken De Dycker
Ken de Dycker was born in Neerpelt, Belgium on June 20, 1984. He is known for his abilities in the Motocross and Supercross sports. The rider spent his first season with the Teka Suzuki WMX1 team. Along with his fuel-injected RMZ-450, de Dycker placed third in the 2008 FIM MX1 World Championship. He took the win in the Grand Prix in Holland. He collected five moto victories and eight podiums along with three pole positions as he moved on his way.
Last year Ken de Dycker attributed part of his success to the fact he did not have any injuries and remained in good physical condition. He was able to get in a lot of riding. Part of his success in 2009 was the fact that he learned from his 2008 season and where he had dropped points.
To the surprise of a few Ken de Dycker joined the Yamaha Monster Energy team this year. He is off to a great start for the season - it looks like nothing will hold him back.
