Mike Alessi was born in May 1988, and lives in Victorville, California. He races professionally in both Motocross and Supercross. Both he and his brother grew up racing and training together. Today, however, they no longer race together, but they still practice together.

Mike Alessi started racing at the age of 3, and by the age of 6 he won a National title in Nashville, Tennessee. Overall, as an amateur racer, Mike Alessi won 11 titles, which tied James Stewart Jr’s win record. He was also awarded the AMA Horizon Award. In 2004, at the age of 16, he began to race as a professional. From 2004 to today, he has raced both in Motocross and Supercross.

In Motocross he has two Overall wins, and fourteen Podiums. In Motocross Lites he has three Overall wins, and one Podium. In Supercross he has one win, and in Supercross Lites he has four wins.
