Ben Reid is fast becoming a known star in the world of professional mountain biking. Ben is 22 years old and is originally from Newtownards, Northern Ireland. Some of his biggest influences early in his life have been Joel Smets and Angus Young.

Ben Reid has had an opportunity to ride in some of the best tracks around the world, but one of his favourite places to race is in Pila, Italy. He really enjoys any tracks that are steep and loose.
