On a cold Saturday morning a small group of the country's best dirt jumpers gathered under the watchful eye of World Cup Downhill racer Brendan Fairclough to take part in the inaugural Woburn Sands Session in partnership with Canon. Tasked to produce three separate edits from what has become one of the country's premier riding spots, we hooked up with filmmakers from the worlds of motocross, skating and mountain biking. Complete with Canon's HF M406 camera, the guys had just a few short hours on a cold Saturday afternoon to put together what you see before you. Featuring Jono Jones, Dan Bateson and Sam Reynolds, this is the first vid out of the blocks. Australian TROY BROSNAN won his second junior downhill world championship title in a row at the UCI Mountain Bike Worlds in Champery, Switzerland, on Sunday afternoon. Rain started the morning of the competition and only got stronger all day. It made a very technical track even more technical and many of the top racers were crashing and slipping all over during their final runs. Brosnan defeated 57 other juniors to take his second consecutive rainbow-striped jersey in a time of 3:51.503. He was the third last junior man down the hill and beat the time of the previous best rider, David Trummer (Austria) by more than 12 seconds. "It feels amazing. Winning this one was harder than the first one," said Brosnan. "I can't believe it."

Team pinner arrive in La Bresse, France to take on the fan's favourite track of the year. Despite carrying an injury from earlier in the season, Brendan Fairlcough put in a solid run to take 12th place while junior sensation Troy Brosnan rolled in 32nd to maintain his domination of the category.

The Monster Energy / Specialized / Mad Catz team raced the second round of the UCI Downhill World Cup in Fort William, Scotland, in the United Kingdom this weekend, June 4-5. World champion Sam Hil raced to a seventh place in the finals on Sunday while Troy Brosnan finished in 30th as the top junior racer.
