Regardless of how people classify Chase Hawk's BMX status, he is always game to try out new venues and his ability to nail a new park or trail after only two or three runs is the stuff of legend. Although a versatile biker, Hawk prefers the BMX Park courses and has competed in that discipline in every event he has entered, except for one in which he rode Street. Hawk seems to know his strength. Since his career began in 2002, he has never placed any lower then 10th in any national BMX Park competition in which he has
entered.
Considering his success, Hawk has become a marketable name and has come out with many BMX related products. In fact, he teamed up with Odyssey BMX and released a signature line of grips that hit the market several years ago. Hawk continues to ride, and if history is any indicator, will continue to excel at what he does.
