Mike Brown

Mike Brown is well known throughout the motocross AMA circuit. At the age of 39, he's accumulated numerous victories across different platforms.

After turning pro in 1989, Mike Brown logged his first ever professional victory in 1994. Displaying a tenacious and high energy riding style, this Piney Flats, Tennessee native is no stranger to post-race podiums, often qualifying in the top five at frequent intervals. The 19-year veteran has even made a splash overseas posting successive Championship finishes in the 125cc FIM World Championship in 1999 and 2000. Upon his return to the States, Mike compiled the best year of his career to notch several top 5 finishes, (including multiple 2nd place finishes and successive 1st place finishes in WA and OH) to earn a top finish as the national champion in the 125cc AMA Supercross/Motorcross class.

With experience in 2 stroke/4 stroke, Mike Brown has transitioned from AMA to World Off-Road Championship Series (WORCS) to Pro MX. He is one of a small elite group of riders to have won Grand Prix Championships in Europe and a National Championship in the U.S. In recent years that saw him as points leader in WORCS and eventual WORCS 2009 champion, Mike attributes his success to his early life experiences of riding in the backwoods in Tennessee.

Competing in the motocross sport that’s occupied by many almost half his age, Mike seems to be in superb condition, utilizing cardio enhancement training and bike riding to remain in top shape. He attributes this aspect of training to complement his endurance on the Off-Road circuit. This endurance was recently put to the test in 2009. A year that saw Brown compete in AMA Motorcross, Supercross, GNCC as well as the WORCS circuit. Brown mostly tours the WORCS circuit these days, but still makes time for GNCC's and Endurocross when time and schedule permits.

Mike Brown’s career includes competing in the 125 (Motocross), 250 (Supercross) and 450 classes.
