When the skateboarding world exploded onto the map in the US, all the talent came out of the woodwork, from small towns that weren't even on the map, and the same thing happened when the UK began showing skateboarders respect for their skills. One such individual, Joe Lynskey, has what it takes to make a name for himself not only in the British Isles, but internationally as well.

Lynskey started his career from his hometown, Morley, just southwest of Norwich. His abilities grew and he honed his skills as he gained exposure at local events. He eventually caught the eye of several local sponsors and in 2007 was invited to join the team at A Third Foot Skateboarding in Birmingham. Riding events and wowing the crowds has raised many influential eyebrows in the skateboarding industry. Since then, he's skated for DVS and Matix in events around the UK including Stoka Plaza Palooza sponsored by Etnies and the First Annual UK Skateboard Championships.
