Hello Skiers and Riders! Midweek skiers' and riders' delight! Cold temps are keeping the snow in fine shape, and the gusty winds are lettin' up. Gonna be a nice midweek scene out there.

TRYSIL 09 TEASER

In late April, a large part of Volcom's Euro snow team made the trek up up to Trysil, Norway's largest resort, for some spring-time debauchery poorly disguised as snowboarding Claes Hoegstroem, (Shaper extraordinaire) had already carved out some mighty fine features for us, and the imminent arrival of warmer days & stronger rays was the icing on the cake... Here's a little teaser of what went down.. Don't go too far away, as next week we'll drop the full video

back to japan ! Union bindings , Deeluxe boots and Capita sprung for me to go to the slope contest .. some " bad " weather (depending on how you look at it, about 8 feet of snow fell in 3 days ) put a damper on things , slow snow caused me to come up short in qualifying. But thats fine , I didn't need $10000 anyway. I did get what i needed though , some quality rins with a group of friends on the other side of the world . So this episode has a little of the group 2 qualifiers , when the snow let up and the sun came out , and then it has some of the slope rail contest . tons of fun so far. next stop SBJ and more pow shred have fun yall www.thesnowboardrealms.com
