The door finally closes on another amazing year at the Nike Roundhouse in Anglet, France. Stakeboarding, surfing, artists, music and general mayhem abound have all seen there way through this ultimate summer hang out. In the last episode Haley meets up with the Tahitian spartan surfer Michel Bourez, we see some super tech skating in the Nike Roundhouse plaza, the Surfing Cash for Tricks reaches it's finale, Mathias Fennetaux explains his 10 year journey of photography and the pool gets some seeing to as San Fran blues rocker Hanni El Khatib plays us out for the summer.

The 2011 Nike 6.0 Cash For Tricks series culminated in shoulder-high surf under sunny skies with Jack Freestone trumping a red-hot field from across the world in the International final at Plage de la Madrague, Anglet. The top earner for progressive moves throughout the day, reigning ASP World Junior Champ Freestone was understandably stoked with the victory. “So happy to be here in France and to win this event, big thanks to Nike for putting on this contest, I’m really stoked.” Showcasing the repertoire that saw him as one of the pre-event favorites, the Australian finished ahead of fellow finalists Felix Messias (Bra), Thiago Camarao (Bra), Wiggolly Dantas (Bra), Beyrick de Vries (Zaf) and Reubyn Ash (UK) with a confident display of cutting edge surfing. Arguably the most in-form and radical surfer through the rounds, Gabriel Medina (Bra) just missed out on the final after entertaining the crowd with a dazzling display of tricks over the two days. “I was disappointed not to make the final but still really happy to have been invited to this contest, and I love this format,” reckoned the young Brazilian. The 2011 Nike 6.0 Cash For tricks series took place in Sopelana, Spain, Praia Grande, Portugal, Newquay, UK and Seignosse, France, awarding wildcards to the best two surfers from each event to compete in the finals. With a fresh, innovative format that simply encouraged surfer to go big to earn prize money, the Cash For Tricks series treated beach crowds and media to the kind of radical surfing not always seen in traditional competition. Nike 6.0 Cash For Tricks series heads into the International Final in Anglet, SW France 22-28th August. Having taken the innovative Cash For Tricks format across Europe this summer, wildcard recipients from across The Continent will take on some of the best progressive surfers from across the world in the French Basque coast to compete for a 30,000 Euro prize purse in the International Final. The star studded field of invitees include the likes of Mitch Coleborn & Jack Freestone (AUS), Gabriel Medina & Miguel Pupo (BRA) and Brendan Gibbens & travis Logie (ZAF). After an initial qualification round, European wildcards Reubyn Ash (UK), Joan Duru and Edouard Delpero (Fra), Jonathan Gonzalez (Spa), Frederico Morais (Por), Charly Martin and Jex Debray (Gwa) and Damien Chaudoy (Reu) will enter the fray for a chance to pit their skills against some of the very finest on the planet. Nike 6.0 - Night Surf Newquay Fistral

Scores of UK surfers and smiling spectators made it to Fistral Beach, Newquay to be a part of the 2011 Nike 6.0 Night Surf. Glorious weather during the day's qualifiers eventually made way for an electric evening of floodlit finals, all set to a backdrop of Hanni El Khatib's unique blend of blues and rock. This was the biggest stop on the UK Pro Surf Tour so far with £15K up for grabs across the divisions. UK surfers also had a chance to stake a claim in the £10K prize purse on offer for the UK leg of Cash For Tricks.

The biggest ever stop on the UK Pro Surf Tour will be held at Fistral Beach, Newquay throughout the days and nights of 8 - 9th July. 7 Categories, £15,000 prize money and music throughout. The event will also feature the UK leg of the '6.0 Cash For Tricks' tour that awards cash for the most innovative surfing.

The second contest of the Cash For Tricks tour 2011 sees Frederico Morais taking first place. It was really tight with the winner of the Sopelana event, Reubyn Ash, already qualified for the grande finale in Anglet. Damien Chaudoy gets third place and brings home a wild card, due to Reubyn already qualified. Can't wait to see those guys stepping it up against the international air specialist at the end of august in France!
