World’s Most Embarrassing Dad Recreates His Daughter’s Selfies And Shares Them On Instagram

And the award for 'Most Humiliating Parent in the History of the Universe' goes to...

Dads, hey? Dads can be a pretty embarrassing bunch, at the best of times. They shout at sport events you’re competing in, say weird things to your friends when they’re driving you all about, punch the air when Phil Collins comes on Radio 2 and make jokes so unfunny that after the big punchline you can literally hear a baby pigeon fall out of its nest and die… three miles away. We love our dads, don’t get us wrong, but man are they embarrassing.

One dad, however, might just have gone above and beyond in the race to be crowned the world’s most embarrassing dad. Take a bow, Chris Martin. No. Not the lead singer of world famous pop-rock-jazz quartet Coldplay. The other one. The one from Washington, USA. Oh you know, the comedian and podcaster. Come on! Chris Martin! The comedian and podcaster! The comedian and podcaster from Washington! Washington, USA!

If you hadn’t heard of this particular Chris Martin before today, you will of after you’ve seen these images of him impersonating his daughter’s selfies on Instagram. We’re serious. No matter how hard you try, you won’t be able to rub the images of this Chris Martin from your mind. With his white vest, his pouting face, and a hedge on his head; he’s the dictionary definition of style – am-I-right?! We can only imagine how Chris Martin’s daughter reacted to her dad’s embarrassing photography. Not well, presumably.
