Grab a Bargain: Hit the Slopes in Zakopane for Under £400

Is this Europe's cheapest ski holiday?

A ski or snowboard holiday offers the perfect balance between fresh alpine air, the satisfaction of learning (and nailing) a new sport and of course one hell of a party – which let’s face it, is very important.

Unfortunately for the majority of us, the cost is just too much to bear. So the dream is put at arms length until we get that promotion or for the day we win the lotto. Chances are, many will never get the opportunity to experience the feeling of cruising down the side of a mountain or mastering the art of dancing on a table in ski boots to the sounds of bad euro-pop. It’s sad, but very true – you’ve not lived until you go on a ski or snowboard holiday.

But fear not, always seeking to make our readers lives better, MPORA has spent several days researching Europe’s cheapest ski holiday and the good news is that we have come up with a totally affordable solution. And no, we are not going to suggest a dry slope in Derbyshire.

Instead we are offering you the chance to experience a snow covered, picture perfect village, a network of slopes that are perfect for beginners and beer for £1.60 a pop. Welcome to Zakopane, Poland’s most popular ski area. And the grand total for seven nights…£361.96. Not bad eh?!

Now this does not include food or drink but with beer as cheap as it is and the average meal out costing £8, with a self catering option available, your additional expenses will be minimal.

Now for the deets, here is the breakdown of what everything costs:
