My name is Rich Monday and Iâ??m a skateboarding extremist. I have skateboarded at all levels and on all terrains. I have chosen skateboarding and it has rewarded me with an amazing talent and with great memories of the good, the bad and the ugly. Along with the sport came a lifestyle that will never leave and I am blessed to be involved with this amazing industry.
have competed as a sponsored amateur since the young age of 10 years old. I was on a variety of flow teams and when turning pro certain circumstances changed my plans of being a professional skateboarder. I then took a job working for Vans traveling on the road doing ramp demonstrations for 2 years. We skated and worked at fairs, parks, sporting good stores, skate shops and any event where we could stage our traveling ramp. Back at home I hosted a large half pipe that was a regular stop for skaters visiting Northern California.
