Freeski Crew.com: ONE LOVE – the movie // Ski Videos on Mpora

WATCH HERE

We hope Marinus Höflinger has a good accountant, because considering how little free time he must have what with perfecting increasingly impressive freeskiing stunts, locating off the beaten track backcountry terrain, and recording it all for posterity in his excellent films, we can’t imagine when he finds time to do his tax return. And to top it all off, he spends his summers surfing and mountain climbing!

The rest of the crew are no slouches either, they all take their turn behind the camera, and the quality of the skiing speaks for itself. The order of the day in One Love, which was released back in 2011, is massive down hill jumps and epic rail slides. It’s a fine example of what can be accomplished with team work and a little hard graft.

This is the first in a trilogy of films produced and edited by Marinus, the other two being 2012’s Dynamite and Stammtisch from 2013. Marinus has become more and more ambitious as the years have gone on, but One Love can’t be beaten for sheer authenticity, featuring loads of fascinating glimpses of what the guys get up to away from the snow, plus a few mishaps which you’d assume they would have preferred to keep to themselves.

Notably, Dominik Hartmann suffers a brutal face plant when attempting a tricky rail slide during a spot of urban skiing in the German industrial town of Chemnit, and ends up in intensive care. Happily he’s back to his usual self within a couple of months, but it just shows the lengths to which this lot will go to achieve the ultimate in freeskiing action.
