Aged 21 and working for a Surf School company in Morocco called Surf Berbere, I was given the title as a Photographer and Multimedia consultant as I was the main man who spent a lot of his days on the Points around the small fishing village of Taghazout. I first went to Taghazout eight years ago when I was just 12 years of age and began to return every year to get away from the winter months of England.
Now full time in Morocco I try to spend as much time in the water as I do out taking Photos of pros who visit the area like, Morocco�¢??s Yassin sponsored by Oakley and Brahim Idouche the Moroccan bodyboard champion, I consider Brahim him self a very close friend today and an amazing sportsman.
The last season has really been a hit for me at the surf camp with Photography becoming very known to people in the area and myself being one the main men on the point taking Photo�¢??s, meeting new people and selling photos at a very cheap rate.
Now im looking to take it further and invest in an SPL water housing for my camera and a Canon EF 28-300 f/3.5-5.6L lens to make sure I can put my pictures to the full test in and out of the water. Im currently using a Canon 450D and a Sigma 18-200mm lens to capture what you see in my portfolio today.
Im also looking now in becoming a Photographer for magazines internationally and dedicate my self to Morocco for now, which is why im writing to you, I want to show that I have the skill and not only that I have the knowledge of surfing with 11 years of Bodyboarding under my belt, I still love getting in the water and sometimes being the first out on bigger days at Anchor Point Morocco.
