My name is Mark and I am from Stoke-on-Trent!
I skated in the 70's and after a lay off re-started again around 1995 and have been hooked since.
I got involved with campaigning for better facilities in my area around 2000-01 and after making a pest of myself with the council and putting on many loacal events, we were successful in getting STOKEPLAZA built in October 2005!!
My time now is dedicated to the SAS (Stoke-on-Trent Association of Skateboarders) and putting events and comps etc on at the plaza.
