Day on the Coast

The Coastal Video: In this part of Spain we have big ridges running along the coast, thrown up from the sea by prehistoric plate movement, the geology is cool but what's better is the fact it gives nice rocky, ridgey riding right by the sea. They're not big mountains, maybe 2000ft or so, but it's possible to link together some long descents or just to ride along the coastline right by the sea. Some sections of Find, with Rowan Sorrell, were filmed here. This video was shot on a nice autumn day, I left the van in the morning and ended up still being out to film the sunset. You can see in the video that I'm filming the sun going down, and I'm still quite high up... it was well after dark when I eventually limped back to the van! Epic days on the bike are the best.
