Wakestock 2012 - Mens Poolgap Finals

After five days of incredible riding on the Wakestock pool gap at the festival site, the field had been narrowed down to 8 guys for the semi’s then four for the final on Sunday evening. Industy Wake Parks built the best rail setup we’ve seen to date and it demanded both technical and stylish riding in order for the athletes to get some money in their pockets! The finals were insane. Nico Von Lerchenfeld was on fire along with James Windsor who both looked to be favourites after the last knock-out rounds, but Felix Georgii destroyed the rails in the final to deservedly take the win and a cool two grand for his efforts. I can’t emphasise enough just how exceptional the rail riding was this year!
