French singer ZAZ gave an unplugged concert on the highest mountain in Europe. At 10.00 on 1 October 2012 she stood with her band, a guitarist and a bass player, on Mont Blanc (4810 metres) and sang her trademark hit "Je veux".
The three musicians made it all the way to the summit on foot, without helicopter support. They set off from Chamonix on Saturday, accompanied by several professional mountain guides. After an eight-hour climb, they reached the highest peak in Europe - the summit of Mont Blanc. The expedition is part of the Mammut Peak project to celebrate 150 years of the Swiss Alpine sports brand.
