"Xcorps Music - TRACER - Mountain Boarding" – Aussie rock band TRACER is featured in this Xcorps special presentation along with classic MOUNTAIN BOARD off road skateboarding action at the 2000 Mountain Board Nationals held in California at a place called Kratka Ridge in the San Gabriel wilderness near LA.
To this day Kratka Ridge is still talked about in the mountain boarding community as one of the most epic places to ever ride and Xcorps producers and on camera reporter Jason Lazo was there covering the dust bitten action! Featured riders hucking BIG AIR moves are George Wiant, Eric Ducharme, Steve Briggs, Travis Gunn, Brandon Stieg, Carolyn Kunkel, Willy LaHood, Jason Lee, Jason Small, Akoni Kama, Justin Rhodes, Leon Robbins among many others pioneering this hybrid skate sport.
This Xcorps segment opens up high over Los Angeles on an eXclusive chopper ride with traffic reporter Commander Chuck Street as he cruises between the downtown high rises. Check out the shots from above Angel City restricted to most flyers! After that Jason lands in Venice Ca to check out the new futuristic offices of Google YouTube, which include a giant multi story pair of binoculars! Now that’s looking ahead! Xcorps has recently partnered with YouTube associate Fullscreen to bring the Xcorps YouTube channel to a new online broadcast level – Stay Tuned!
On Xcorps we like to introduce new music through our partners at RIVE promotions and we are especially happy to feature the down under band TRACER along with some sick dirt board skate action!
Tracer hails from Adelaide Australia and is made up of band members Leigh and Michael Brown along with Andre Wise. The trio has already successfully toured the UK and Europe and plans to rock the Viper Room in LA soon! Their music video “Too Much” featured here on Xcorps was A-listed on Planet Rock Radio in the UK for three months and shows the band at its rocking best!
Special Thanks to Planet X, Google-YouTube, Full Screen and RIVE video promotions in this production. Crank it UP and Stay Tuned!
Hosted by Jason Lazo.
