2nd Surffilmfestival Cologne 2012

This is the clip to the second edition of the Surffilmfestival Cologne 2012
The curtain has dropped – the 2nd edition of the Surffilmfestival Cologne has ended.
Approximately 1350 visitors within four days have been carried away imaginary to the most beautiful beaches of the world. In addition to the cinema show, the Surffilmfestival party and the photo exhibition with live music brought a real summer feeling to Cologne.

This year the Viewer’s Choice Award goes to the multiple awarded roadtrip movie *Gauchos del Mar* by the Argentinian brothers Azulay.
The Best Movie Award was given to Kai Nevilles’ *Dear Suburbia*, which also has been announced “Movie of the year” by Surfer Poll a few days ago.
Last but not least the jury decided *The Heart and the Sea” to win the Best Documentary Award. The movie by Nathan Oldfield has been released in Australia just a few days before the screening in Cologne.
