First of all, I HIGHLY suggest you watch this in 720p!
This video is a short summary of my four years with MGP. I hope you enjoy it!
I joined MGP in July 2009, aged 15! I NEVER expected it to be what it was! Less than 6 months after signing the 12 month contract, I found myself in California! The next 4 years were spent filming & travelling with some of the best people I've ever met! I'm going to miss each and every person involved in that company! Especially R-Willy!
R-Willy and I were the only two original members left! Don't get me wrong, I LOVE the new team! They are a really great bunch of boys and girls! However, I really, really do miss the days of Jaxon An-thort-ica, Billie Rainbow, Pickett, Adam Bolton, Coedie, R-Willy & Myself! I've been on more trips than I have had hot dinners, but the California trip of 2009/10 has definitely been my favourite! So many good memories with those boys, hopefully we can reunite someday!
Anyways, as I was saying! This decision was based on mutual thoughts between both myself & MGP! No bridges were burnt whatsoever! My last 'Official MGP trip' will be the Moomba/Adelaide trip coming up in early March! I definitely will make the most of it! To all of you die-hard maddgear fans, I will contract to Maddgear in the future and do a bit of freelance work, so don't stress if my Maddgear videos are the only ones that you like haha!
Thank you to everyone at MGP! Mike, Corlo, Michael, Sarah, Dave, Carl, Nigel, Chris, Twan, Fabian & both of the Ricky's! I've had a fantastic experience with you all! Thank you for everything you have done & everything you have included me in, I wish you all the best! To the team, I'll see all of you homies at Moomba!
As for what I have planned now...
Film Film Film. My goal is to make my channel, nickehfilms, one of the most recognised action sports channels on the web! I will most definitely continue filming scooter videos, so if any companies out there want anything at all done, feel free to email me! I also want to start doing more with Freestyle Motorcross & BMX! Don't stress though, 95% of my friends are scooter riders and I LOVE chilling and filming with them all!
I'll be shooting A LOT of photos! Especially for Dialed Magazine! I've also got a part-time job at Scooter Hut in Parramatta starting soon! It will be really rad working with Jon Archer, Kevin Austin & Wally of course! I'll let you all know when I start there so you can pop in and say hello! Also, in the near future I will also begin working with Phil Lagettie! Which I'm really looking forward too! We already have our new channel, Snap Addict! It's doing really well so far! As some of you may know, I have also been working with Russell Brothers Films! I have plenty of content with them planned such as the MX Nationals!
Stay tuned! I have plenty of content planned for you all! I'm currently working on a new web edit for Jackson Bartlett which is definitely going to turn some heads! I also plan on working on a new Coedie Donovan video & a Chris Hart video! These 2 dudes have been KILLING it! When Lance Russell has recovered, we will be working on a BIG video! All of you FMX lovers are going to LOVE it!
