Protest team wakeboarder Ricky Lukassen takes over Sjors' job as Wakeboard Guru. In the fourth episode Ricky gives a step-by-step guide on how to do an Ollie Front Side 180. After following Ricky's clear instructions you will soon be able to pop a nice and clean Ollie Front Side 180.
So check this episode, collect your gear, head to the water, put on that smile and get there!
1. Jump up like a normal ollie, but instead of letting go of the back hand, keep both hands on the handle.
2. During the take-off, pull the handle towards your front hip
3. While in-the-air, keep pulling the handle and push your back hip forward. This will help you rotate.
4. Absorb the landing, by bending your knees. But remember: Don't look down!
It can be helpful to let go of your back hand during the landing. This way the rope will pull your body into the right position.
