This week, Joe Lammers mines the powder deposits of Idaho. Silver Mountain is an undiscovered treasure at the heart of north Idaho's mining country. Where prospectors once found rich deposits of silver, skiers now enjoy some of the lightest, driest deposits of powder snow in the Northwest.
