Check out this new video from British sailor Ben Proffitt showing his 2011 season in Cape Town.

"2011 has been a great season in Cape Town... this video pretty much sums up my trip.. it was going to be a bit more polished but i'm flat out at the moment and i could see it not getting finished... so i've thrown together a quick one!! Hope you like the music... hahahahaha..."
