Phil Horrocks: "The missus kindly donned the waterproofs and headed up to a not so sunny, not so tropical, Rhosneigr, to film a couple of morning windsurf sessions before i jetted off to Cabo Verde for the last round of the PWA world tour.
"Some are lucky enough to live and train where's it good all the time, the rest of us, well, we make the best of what we get!
"On these occasions it was really onshore, so onshore you can ride and jump both ways as the bay bends around, i call it STAR-PORT windsurfing on these days, ha! ha!
"There's two sessions within two days merged together in this film.
"Session one was on my 4.2 Manic HD (red sail) and JP quad 74, it was about 9 am, not been light for long, lashing it down with rain but some chunky waves around.
Session two was on my 4.5 Manic (blue) and JP 74 Quad, this is what it's like when it's really onshore, you can jump and ride on both tacks but it's really difficult to get good angles on the waves?
