"Not only is Francis compelled to windsurf whenever there is a breath of wind, he is also passionate about getting everyone else involved too. He's often seen rigging and carrying sails and boards up and down the beach making sure that no one from his family has any excuse not to enjoy this sport..
Francis, who is now a very fit 66 years old, first introduced me to windsurfing in the early eighties. Since then Francis has been the most enthusiastic and supportive dad and granddad, passionate about getting his whole family to enjoy the sport whatever the weather. Now the whole family, Heather (his wife), me my three daughters, my wife, my sister her three children, and my 17 year old younger brother all windsurf. We all still live in and around the south Coast of England and Francis can often be found windsurfing at Pevensy, Harebrand, Eastborne, Worthing, West Wittering and Hayling Island.
Francis windsurfs throughout the year whenever it is windy, is always keen to push his skills to the limit and meet the challenge of any wind wind strength or sea state."
