Neil Williman and Ivar Svartholm Shred Chamonix TDDSR_2012_ep8

Woke Up To the usual routine today Fresh coffee some oats and a few calls to see who’s keen to go riding.

It’s the 6th day of sun and most of Chamonix has been tracked, As I plonder where to ride. I just herd new that Neil Williman from NZ who I met last year in Chamonix has Just arrived in Chamonix as The FWT next stop is here. We gather a crew and head up to Brevent.

Neil is on the FWT (Freeride World Tour) so his keen to get some jumps in. We hike up to ride some familiar lines with some friends including Ivar Svartholm A Swedish Skier at 21 years old he is a little ripper who is charging.

The day was fun and the snow a little average but hanging with the boys taking it slow and easy we still managed to have some fun turns.

Looking forward to Seeing Neil Compete this coming week and looking forward to some more snow but we still have a few days of blue skies.

A tip! The Home Run at Brevent is a little bit rocky not from lack of snow but the side wall seem to be crumbling and loose dirt and rocks are spilling onto the piste. So if you have a new board or skies perhaps enjoy the gondola down to the valley floor at the end of the day
