SKINDOG and Kai Lenny support Joe's Paddle

Kai Lenny, seventeen-year-old Hawaiian, guest of Skindog Surf School and sponsored by Oxbow Surf Wear Company, ripped up the Cornish waves with the locals while offering surfing tips to members of Skindogs surfing school and any other members of the public looking for expert advice and tips.

A confident, friendly and relaxed Kai was more than happy to hang out and joke around with all who came to see him, including local surfers, press, members of the Joe Way Appeal and of course the younger surfing enthusiasts. Towards the end of the day and before his last surf at Watergate beach he carried out a signing and photo session for all of his avid fans. When asking Kai about his time in Newquay, Kai said; “It’s been great, we’ve been up to the flow rider and I’ve meet some really cool people. The surf was a little flat today but it’s always good to get in the water”
