Nebel und heftiger Schneefall konnten die Teilnehmer des Nescafé Champs Leysin nicht davon abhalten, in der Halfpipe ordentlich Gas zu geben. Am Ende setzte sich Johann Baisamy (FRA) mit nur einem Punkt Vorsprung auf Patrick Burgener (CH) auf dem ersten Platz fest. Platz Drei ging an den Franzosen Maxence Tevelle.
