This is pretty fucking weird.
Follow the instructions at the beginning and look away when instructed and you get a minute or so of pulsing LSD style hallucinations where walls/pictures etc breathe and change colour.
Turn the volume of the clip off and add your own music.
WARNING - may cause dizziness and/or flashbacks if you're susceptible to this kind of thing.
