Episode 8 of the series BMX Zero to Hero. BMX rookie Eddie has days left until the BMX World Championships in Birmingham. Eddie knows he needs to get his final preparations sorted now that he knows the basic BMX racing techniques and has experience racing others. Eddie spoke to BMXer Liam Phillips to gain advise on the best way to prepare for the race.
