In the Red Bull Stratos project, pilot Felix Baumgartner will undertake a stratospheric balloon flight to 120,000 ft and jump out, in the process attempting to break records for the highest manned balloon flight, the longest freefall duration and the highest skydive. The core objective is to push the limits of human endurance, explore the edge of space and deliver insights for science and education.
