Three rounds into the championship and it was Carlton Dry Honda Thor Racing's Brad Anderson on the podium at Round 3 of the Monster Energy MX Nationals held at Wonthaggi, Victoria. Breaking through for his first victory of the season, the two-time British champion held off Motul Pirelli Suzuki's Todd Waters and CDR Yamaha's Lawson Bopping, going 1-2-3. In the MX2 class, Carlton Dry Honda Thor Racing's Ford Dale broke Serco Yamaha's streak after winning the third and final moto to clinch the overall.
