Zum achten Mal fand am Samstag das Glacier Bike Downhill in Saas-Fee statt. Bei perfekten
Schnee- und Wetterverhältnissen galt es für die 108 Biker über Gletscher und Schnee 1’700
Höhenmeter zu bewältigen. Der Start befand sich beim Drehrestaurant Mittelallalin auf 3‘500m
und das Ziel im Gletscherdorf auf 1‘800m. Der diesjährige Sieger ist Bernhard Rösch aus
Wynau. Er gewann mit einer Bestzeit von nur 7.59 Min.
